Apartamento estudio boasts a convenient location in the vibrant city of Málaga, where guests can enjoy both a beach and cultural holiday. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a living/dining space with a sofa bed and a double bed, an integrated, well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, and a washing and drying machine. The apartment is ideal for families, as there is a playground in the immediate vicinity and the owners can provide both a baby cot and a highchair upon request (for an extra cost). Guests have access to a rooftop terrace where they can hang their fresh laundry or swimsuits from the beach out to dry. Due to its great location in Málaga, a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes are within walking distance and a bus stop about 50 m from your front door will take you directly to the heart of the city centre. Here you can walk along the beautiful coast and sunbathe on one of Málaga’s gorgeous, sandy beaches. The popular beach Playa de la Caleta is about a 16-minute drive or a 30-minute bus ride away.



Bed linens and towels are included in the price. No parties or events allowed. Please respect the quiet hours after 10 pm. The property is located close to the Hospital Materno Infantil and to the Hospital Civil.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
