The tastefully furnished semi-detached house has on 2 levels a spacious living-dining area with a fireplace, a sofa bed and an integrated, very well-equipped kitchen as well as a toilet on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom on the upper floor. Outside you will find a covered, furnished terrace and a well-kept, lovingly landscaped garden - the perfect place to unwind. Some typical Andalusian restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of less than 1 km. The nearest beach is 1.9 km or 7 minutes by car.
