Located on the 1st floor, the recently-refurbished apartment beautifully combines modern decor with original wooden shutters, rustic ceiling beams and antique tiling. The accommodation consists of a spacious living/dining room with access to a balcony directly overlooking the romantic square and church of San Antonio, a generous, very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a beautiful, walk-in shower and therefore offers space for 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a baby cot (for an extra fee), a washing machine as well as satellite and cable television. On the long balcony of the apartment, you are invited to savour a glass of full-bodied wine as you admire the views of the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Due to the apartment’s optimal location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are literally just beyond your front door - the nearest grocery store is 50 m away! A variety of museums, theaters and monuments are also within a 5-minute walk of the property. Furthermore, the famous, sandy beach Playa de La Caleta is only 850m or an 10-minute walk away.



Conveniently, underground parking is available at the San Antonio square for an extra cost, just below the apartment.
