Located on the 7th floor of a large residential complex (with an elevator), this charming apartment has ocean views from every room and consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 4 single beds and one with one double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly apartment additionally includes air conditioning, a television, a washing machine, a baby cot (upon request) and Wi-Fi (in the communal area of the complex, which you have to pay for at reception). There is also a shower chair for wheelchair users available. On your spacious balcony, which receives plenty of sunshine during the afternoon, you are invited to relax and admire the gorgeous glittering sea or to enjoy a glass of full-bodied wine as the sunset colors the horizon. In the communal, outdoor area of the residential complex, you will find a lush, tropical garden as well as a generous pool (open from June 1st until September 30th), fenced children’s pool and shower. There is furthermore an indoor pool available for your use. Due to the apartment’s exception location, supermarkets (open every day of the week), restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity - just beyond your front door! The large shopping area of Puerto Marina Benalmádena as well as the popular Sea Life Centre with oceanic exhibits are only 350 m or a 5-minute walk away. Furthermore, the romantic seaside promenade and beautiful, sandy beach await your visit just 400 m or a 5-minute walk away and is easily accessible for wheelchair users.



The homeowner will leave you a bottle of water and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. An airport transfer can be arranged upon request and for an extra charge. The building has a 24 hour reception. A motorized wheelchair can be rented from the reception. Groups of people under 25 are not allowed.
