Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the historic centre of Conil de la Frontera, Casa Estefania is a beautiful holiday home which boasts an extensive outdoor area and exudes a rustic, Andalusian charm. The vacation home consists of a living/dining room, an open-plan, very well-equipped kitchen with bar stools, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people (if a family is coming with a baby or young child, contact homeowner to request 5 guests). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a cosy fireplace, and satellite television with international channels. Being especially family-friendly, this home is accessible for wheelchairs and furthermore offers a baby cot, a highchair and children’s toys for the beach. The 500m2 outdoor area of the fenced property is a holiday oasis of lush vegetation and relaxing spots. On warm afternoons, sunbathe on a lounger on the green grass, take a nap in a hammock after a delicious lunch on your terrace and prepare delicious dinners together on the barbecue. Enjoy a glass of wine in the fresh air as the sunset colors the Andalusian horizon. In 10 to 15 minutes walking you will reach the historic centre of Conil de la Frontera, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as cultural activities. Being located on the central avenue of Canarias-Lobita, the home is also very well-connected in order to the visit the beautiful beaches on the coastline. The nearest beach is Playa La Fontanilla, which is about a 6-minute drive or 2.5 km away.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. One small dog is allowed upon request. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area. Please respect the neighbors and resting hours. There is also a busline near the property that can take you to the beach.
