Located in the popular vacation area of Conil de la Frontera, this apartment is on the first floor of Villa Mayo, accessible via a spiral staircase, within a villa with a total of 5 individually used apartments. The accommodation includes a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The apartment accommodates 3 guests (maximum 2 adults and 1 child) and features a private terrace with exclusive use, furnished with a charcoal grill—perfect for enjoying whenever you like, weather permitting. Wi-Fi and TV are available.



The well-maintained outdoor area, shared with other villa guests, offers a pool with comfortable sun loungers, creating the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Shops, restaurants, and bars are just a few minutes’ drive away. The nearest beach, in a small and quiet bay, is 1.7 km or a 6-minute drive.



Bed linens and towels are included. Parking is available on the street, on a private and quiet lane.



Pets are not allowed, but you may inquire, as exceptions are sometimes made. Only registered guests may use the property’s facilities; no unregistered visitors are permitted.



During your stay, government regulations may affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
