Please note that the pool is only open from May to November. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. The property is intended for couples, families, and quiet groups who respect the beautiful surroundings. Stag or hen parties are not allowed.



Located in the popular holiday region of Conil de la Frontera, this apartment is on the first floor of Villa Mayo, accessible via a spiral staircase, within a villa that houses a total of 5 individual apartments. The accommodation features a living/dining area with a sofa bed and a well-equipped open kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The apartment accommodates 3 guests (maximum 2 adults and 1 child) and offers a private terrace furnished with a charcoal grill—perfect for relaxing whenever you wish, weather permitting. Wi-Fi and TV are included.



The well-maintained outdoor area, shared with other guests, features a pool with comfortable sun loungers, creating an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Shops, restaurants, and bars are just a short drive away. The nearest beach, set in a small and quiet bay, is 1.7 km or 6 minutes by car.



Bed linen and towels are provided. Parking is available on the street, on a private and quiet lane.



Pets are not allowed, but you may inquire as exceptions can sometimes be made. Only registered guests may use the property’s facilities; outside visitors are not permitted.



During your stay, government regulations may affect water usage, including the pool, garden irrigation, or tap water limits.
