In Cala Ratjada, the apartment Maritim is located directly by the beautiful port and boasts a stunning view of the sea and the mountains. The charming property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both with 2 single beds each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. The internet connection is via an optical fiber connection (stable and fast).

Furthermore, there is air conditioning in the living-dining room and two portable fans are available.

In your private outdoor area, you will find a covered terrace and a barbecue. Your furnished terrace invites you to enjoy delicious breakfasts here while you overlook the boats in the harbour. Due to its excellent location in the center of the port, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in less than 3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute walk away (200 m). The maximum distance to the city center is of 250m. Furthermore, Na Ferradura beach awaits your visit a 9-minute walk away (650 m); Cala Literas is about 500 m away, while the Cala Gat beach is a 5-minute walk away (250 m).
