Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, children's games, and a television. You also have access to a private terrace with sun loungers and a table, ideal for starting your day with a cup of coffee while admiring the sea. There is also a private barbecue and a small shared garden. In about 15 minutes on foot, you can reach bars, cafés, and restaurants, while the nearest supermarket is 500 meters away. The BoBo beach is about a 5-minute walk away, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing with a book, or enjoying snacks and drinks at the bar.
