Located on the outskirts of Chiclana de la Frontera, Casa Marisa sits within a gated residential complex featuring a fantastic outdoor area and is just a 10-minute walk from the golden sands of the coast’s beaches. Spread over three floors, the brightly decorated holiday home offers a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds and a sofa bed), a bathroom, and an additional guest toilet. The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. One bedroom opens onto a charming balcony. A private terrace provides the perfect spot to soak up the sun or hang swimsuits after a day at the beach, with lovely views over the rooftops of the surrounding houses.



The communal outdoor area invites you to stroll through lush gardens or cool off in the refreshing pool surrounded by trees. The center of Chiclana de la Frontera, with its many shops, restaurants, bars, museums, and churches, is just a 9-minute drive (5.6 km) away. The long sandy beaches of the coast, including Playa de La Barrosa and the romantic seafront promenade lined with shops and restaurants, are about a 10–12 minute walk from your doorstep. Here you can relax by the shore and listen to the sound of the waves.



Street parking is available, though an orange zone operates in summer.
