The 100 m² home features a cozy living/dining area with oven and a well-equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and TV. Outside, a high wall ensures privacy for the furnished terrace, garden, and pool area. Relax on a sun lounger on the lawn, enjoy a barbecue, or cool off in the fenced pool. Thanks to its location, both the center and the beach are within easy reach. A variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are 1.3 km away, and the nearest beach, Playa de los Bateles, is 2 km away—a 30-minute walk through Parque de la Atalaya.



Parking is available on the property. Up to 2 pets (max 15 kg each) are allowed. Late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability for an extra fee. Firewood for the fireplace is not included. Bedrooms are not heated. Please note that during your stay, government regulations on water may affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
