Apartment

Part of a small residence, the Ginepri apartment is located in a partially semi-basement, end-row position. It features a living room with a sofa, a functional kitchenette, two bedrooms—one double and one with a single bed—and a bathroom. The permitted occupancy is three guests. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, cable TV, and a crib available for an extra fee. Outside, you will find a garden and a private veranda, perfect for relaxing under the sun, enjoying meals, or ending the evening with an aperitif.



A swimming pool, shared with four other accommodations and beautifully lit at night, is also available. In the village of Monte Petrosu, a 6-minute drive (2.9 km) away, you will find a supermarket and a small selection of restaurants. The natural beach of Punta Molara is just 600 meters from the front door, and several other beaches are within a 15-minute drive. Cala Ginepro beach is 600 meters from the apartment (about 6 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car), while Cala Girgolu bay is 3.5 km away (6 minutes by car). Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, and Porto Taverna beaches are 5 km away. La Cinta beach in San Teodoro is 8 km (10 minutes by car), and the center of San Teodoro (9 km, 15 minutes by car) offers bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and vibrant nightlife for all ages.



Please note that the ceiling height is less than 2.15 meters. The swimming pool is available from May 22 to September 30. Electricity, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, and final cleaning are available for an extra fee. Included are exclusive and unlimited Wi-Fi, water, kitchen gas, and one private parking space. A car or motorcycle is essential. The Wi-Fi signal is optimal outdoors, but may be weaker indoors.
