On the lower floor you will find the stylish living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining table. The adjoining, well-equipped kitchen provides an inviting place for the whole family to cook together. One bedroom with a double bed and one of the modern bedrooms are also situated on this floor. A staircase leads you to the upper floor, where you will find three colourful bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, a baby cot and a highchair. The large outdoor area with covered terrace, 11-m² pool, barbecue and lounge furniture guarantees holiday fun for the whole family. The terrace is decorated with fresh, beautiful plants and a hedge offers privacy from neighbouring houses.



A large number of attractions can be reached easily on foot. The bay of Alcúdia, with gorgeous sandy beaches and a gently sloping shore, is just a 7-minute walk away. Shops, bars and restaurants are also just a stone's throw away. The picturesque port can be reached in 10 minutes and is a wonderful spot to visit at any time of day. There you can find boat excursions by day and in the evening, live music and the romantic lights of the boats create a real holiday atmosphere. The house is perfect for cyclists since there is a big garden with lots of space to store the bikes. Moreover, it is in a fantastic location close to a lot of beautiful cycling routes.
