The homely house has a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, as well as a bathroom and therefore offers space for 4 persons. Furthermore, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a washing machine, a baby bed, a cot and a high chair are part of the amenities. The private outdoor area consists of a garden with 2 furnished terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Here you can enjoy pleasant barbecue evenings with your loved ones. A pizzeria is only 220 m (3 minutes walk) away from the property, the next supermarket in 300 m away (4 minute walk). The next beach Spiaggia Cala d'Ambra is 2,1 km (4 minutes by car) away, here you can work on your tan or take a refreshing dip in the cool water.
