The apartment La Cabanya 1A is located in Canyamel, on the east coast of Mallorca, and is part of a complex with several apartments and a communal outdoor area. This apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers a living room, a functionally-equipped kitchen with a counter and bar stools, one bed room as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Your private, furnished balcony invites you to start the day with a delicious breakfast and to round off a mild summer evening with a glass of full-bodied wine. In the shared outdoor area, a sun terrace with deckchairs and parasols, as well as a pool, comfortable lounge furniture and a beautifully-planted garden await you. A restaurant is only 80 m away and 2 supermarkets are 220 m or a 3-minute walk away. The fantastic, sandy beach Platja de Canyamel, which enchants beachgoers with its turquoise water, is 250 m away from the accommodation.



Parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The airport is 80 km or a 1- hour drive away from the accommodation.



A daily cleaning service is included and cleaners will therefore enter the apartment on a daily basis (just like in a hotel).
