Located on the 2nd floor, the charming apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (for one person), a functionally-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a fan (only in the living room), a washing machine and a television. A baby cot and a highchair are furthermore available upon request. Thanks to its central location, a fantastic variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes are just beyond your front door - within a 200 m radius. The historic quarter and Plaza de España are about 1.3 km or a 20-minute walk away. Furthermore, the popular, sandy beach Playa de las Teresitas if about a 15-minute drive or 9 km away.
