The cosy holiday home offers a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a baby cot and a highchair. Outside you will find a courtyard with Wi-Fi, a barbecue, a washing machine and a sitting area under a parasol. Prepare delicious meals on the grill and enjoy them with a glass of full-bodied wine. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is its unique location, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés as well as the city beach Playa de Palma after only a few meters or walking minutes - here you will find everything your heart desires!



Parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. It is possible to accommodate one more person (max 6 people) for an extra charge.
