The apartments are distributed in the main building or in terraced houses of 1 or 2 floors, most of them with veranda or balcony and some with sea view. The residence is in a strategic position to visit northern Sardinia. From the Gulf of Marinella you can easily go to the famous resorts of Costa Smeralda or Golfo Aranci.
