This wonderful holiday home is situated in an idyllic location, away from tourist centres and surrounded by nature with a fantastic view of the sea. It is situated on a spacious plot in the bay of ukova, on the north side of the island of Korula. The holiday home, furnished with attention to detail, invites families and friends to linger. The house consists of two parts, a penthouse flat consisting of an open-plan bedroom with free-standing bathtub, a practical kitchen with fridge and bar and a separate bedroom ideal for children so that a smaller family can stay together.

On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and additional toilet, while internal stairs lead to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace with sea views. Outside there is a covered terrace with good garden furniture and an open terrace with barbecue and jacuzzi. As the plot is approx. 40,000 m² in size and the nearest neighbour is around 500 m away, you can enjoy absolute privacy and tranquillity here. After crossing the local roads, you can use the entire property right down to the sea. A small path leads to the sea and a swimming area surrounded by pine trees. This is an ideal place for fishing, where fishing competitions are organised every year from the coast. If you are interested, you have the option of fishing from a boat or going on excursions to the nearby islands of Hvar and Sedro.
