The 48m² apartment was renovated in early 2020 and offers an ideal holiday destination on Scharbeutzer Strand. From the third floor you have a magnificent view of the sea and you are on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach in no time.

Located in a quieter side street and in the heart of Scharbeutz is the apartment Seelounge 8. The center with many cafes, restaurants, bakeries and some supermarkets is only a stone's throw away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. You can marvel at the sea, about 150 meters away, from the balcony. Your children will also have fun: Large and varied playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity.

Living

The apartment convinces with Nordic flair and loving furnishings. Another highlight is the side view of the nearby Baltic Sea from the bedroom and living room window. The open and light-flooded living and dining area is stylishly designed and cleverly divided. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for exciting cooking experiments. A comfortable sofa landscape creates the ideal place for an exciting film marathon. It can also be used as a pull-out sofa bed with an integrated mattress (1.40 mx 2.00 m). Honeycomb pleated blinds for heat insulation as well as opaque curtains offer sufficient opportunities to darken the living space. From here you get to the adjacent balcony. Thanks to the clever orientation of the apartment towards the south-west, you can still enjoy sunny hours there in the afternoon. The separate bedroom has a cozy box spring bed (1.80m wide) and two large wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a warming towel rail and a raindance shower. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the community cellar.

WiFi connection and an LED flat screen TV with Ambilight including Blu-ray player provide media entertainment. To top it all off, a hi-fi system with CD drive and Bluetooth connection provides the right holiday soundtrack!

A high-quality design floor with a wood look and modern Nordic-Scandinavian furnishing influences let the apartment shine in a warm and bright atmosphere.

Park

The apartment has a fixed parking space in the underground garage, which can be used free of charge during the stay.
