The holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2010, is a terraced house and functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture.

Porto Santa Margherita, 000 m AMSL. The holiday home is situated on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking in carport.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and childproof sockets.

Kitchenette in the living room (walk-through room) with dining area (6 seats), (induction hob), extractor hood and fridge (freezer compartment). Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
