The property's spacious fenced outdoor area provides a private setting for a variety of activities. Start your day with a hot coffee on the comfortable Majorcan sofas under the garden palm, soak up the afternoon sun on the large terrace, and cool off in the inviting pool or outdoor shower. In the evening, prepare delicious meals on the barbecue, dine together at the large table, and enjoy a game of table tennis.



A supermarket and a playground for little guests are only a few minutes’ walk away, while a wider variety of restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars can be reached in the centre of Santanyí, about an 8-minute drive from the property. The famous Cala Llombards beach, with its beautiful white sand, is just a 7-minute walk from your doorstep and invites you to relax and listen to the gentle sound of the waves.



Parking is available on the street. Bed linen and towels are provided. A video surveillance system with cameras is installed; it is disconnected and not usable when the house is rented.
