The exclusive holiday home consists of a living room with visible ceiling beams, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds each), 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet. It can therefore accommodate 8 people. The rustic accommodation's amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, cable TV, a ping-pong table, a baby cot, a children's bed and a high chair. The wonderful outside area boasts a garden, several furnished terraces and a barbecue area. However, the absolute highlight is the pool area, where you can refresh yourself in the cool water and relax on the sun loungers. Surrounded by the lush vegetation you can spend unforgettable holidays. For excursions there are bikes available. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within 1.8 km and the nearest beach, Platja Port de Pollença, is 2.5 km away.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels cannot be provided. The property can also be rented for events; for this purpose please contact the owner before booking. Childcare can also be organised on request.
