The cosy property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. There is also a shared laundry room, which is available for your use. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television and a baby cot. Your private covered terrace invites you to start your day here with a delicious breakfast. Furthermore, there is also a shared pool on the open rooftop terrace (from where you will have beautiful views of the sea) as well as a a bathroom and garden furniture. There is also a common area in reception with books, snacks and coffee. Upon request a cradle, a highchair, an iron as well as a hairdryer can be provided. Thanks to the excellent location, a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets can be reached in less than 5-minutes on foot. Playa del Muellito beach also awaits your visit a mere 2 minutes away on foot (190 m).



Parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. An extra, small bed can be provided upon request an extra fee. There is an elevator in the building.
