In the peaceful landscape outside Conil de la Frontera, the charming Casa Rural La Ermita offers guests a spacious outdoor area with a pool. The holiday home consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Outside you will find a patio with a dining table and a barbecue to prepare fresh meals with your loved ones. A fenced pool in the garden also provides for refreshment on warm afternoons after you have tanned in the sun loungers. A few supermarkets and restaurants as well as a bus stop which can take you to the town centre, are about 1 km or a 10-minute walk away. With the car, you can reach Conil de la Frontera’s centre in about 8 minutes (or 6 km away). The golden, sandy beach Playa Fuente del Gallo, is also just 7.5 km or a 13-minute drive from the property.

The homeowner lives in a house nearby and is happy to help with any questions.

Please note that the entrance to the plot of the land is shared with the homeowner (the gate is opened with a remote control), but that everything in the property is private, including the garden, the pool and the barbecue.
