The modern apartment La Tejita Beach is located in Tejita and boasts a spacious terrace, ideal for relaxing. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and a television. Your private terrace with a comfortable seating area and sun loungers, invites you to relax under the warm sun with a good book. In the shared outdoor area, you will also find a pool (heated), a children’s pool and an outdoor shower which are available for your use. Restaurants and bars are located approximately 4 minutes away on foot and the shopping centre Centro Comercial La Tejita is a 2-minute walk away (150 m). In approximately 5 minutes on foot (550 m) you will reach the nudist beach La Tejita and a smaller beach, Playa del Confital, is 8 minutes away on foot (650 m). Tenerife South airport is also only a 15-minute drive away (11.3 km)



The property has a garage one space available for parking. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Check-in outside of the permitted times must be confirmed with the homeowner in advance and comes with an additional charge (to be paid upon arrival). Check-in and check-out on 24th, 25, 31st December and 1st January come with an additional charge (to be paid upon arrival).
