Traditional country house with beautiful gardens and private pool in a quiet rural area close to Pollensa. Finca Punt is a holiday home in a classic Mallorcan style at less than 2 kilometres distance from the Pollensa old town.

Finca Punta is located in the quiet and beautiful countryside, yet at only 2 Kilometres distance from the historic old town of Pollensa. Pollensa is a particularly beautiful village with a popular main square framed by cafés and restaurants. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa is approximately 6 kilometres away and has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Punta is a country house kept in the classic Mallorcan stlye with wooden beams, field stone facade and many typical elements, such as the open fireplace in the kitchen. Furnished in a rustic and comfortable style this holiday home offers two floors with a large and sunny living area and 3 bedrooms. Living/dining area and the fully fitted kitchen area on the ground floor, the sleeping area with three bedrooms are on the first floor. They are sharing one full bathroom. In addition there is an exterior shower bathroom outside, next to the dinner terrace.

All bedrooms as well as the living/dining room are fitted with air-conditioning h/c.

The gardens of Finca Punta are exceptionally pretty with a pool, lawns, many different flowers and bushes and stunning views of the unspoilt countryside. The house offers a covered terrace with dining table, BBQ, pizza/bread baking oven, sink and worktop. Adjoining this terrace is the outdoor shower bathroom. Finca Punta offers children lots of space to play and is a very good choice for families.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.
