Country house with stunning views and private pool close to Pollensa. Finca Vanesa is a sunny and comfortable holiday home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice BBQ area.
Finca Vanesa is located in the beautiful Colonya valley at only about 1 kilometres distance to Pollensa old town. It has the most beautiful views of the Puig de Maria and the surrounding landscape. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.
The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.
The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.
Finca Vanesa is a charming and sunny house with two floors.
Ground floor:
Large dining/living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower and another bathroom with bathtub/shower.
The second bedroom is on the first floor with a pitched roof, twin beds and beautiful views.
Air-conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed operating hours.
The outdoor area is overlooking the breathtaking scenery and has a lovely family sized pool with a sunbathing terrace. The covered terrace is furnished with nice wooden patio table and chairs. Near the pool area there is a recently built barbecue complete with sink and work top.
Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
