Nestled within Mediterranean greenery, the holiday home “Villetta Simius” is located in Villasimius, just a short walk from the beach. The charming house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one in the basement) and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (not in the basement but still very cool and bright), a washing machine, a fireplace and a television. In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden with a lush green lawn and pine trees, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on the terrace and enjoy some morning tranquility. In a 6-minute drive you will reach the centre of Villasimius which offers restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. In a 7-minute walk you will reach the beach of Campulongo where you can relax on the soft sand.
