Finca Marga Finca Punta is located in the quiet and beautiful countryside, yet at only 1,5 Kilometres distance from the historic old town of Pollensa. Pollensa is a particularly beautiful village with a popular main square framed by cafés and restaurants. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place to visit during the week to observe the daily live of this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The lively port of Puerto Pollensa is about 7 kilometres away and has a long waterfront promenade with magnificent views of Pollensa Bay and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach has a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed rental. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The area around Pollensa, with its challenging mountain routes, is equally popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers can choose from several golf courses in the area. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the bay of Pollensa, which is particularly popular with surfers and sailors.

Finca Magrana is a cosy and comfortable holiday home with bright and sunny rooms and a spacious living area.
The finca has a living room with comfy sofas and an open fireplace, a separate dining room with access to the courtyard and pool area and a fully equipped kitchen, also with access to the courtyard area.

The finca offers 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom and a terrace. The other 2 bedrooms are each fitted with two single beds. For these bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower and a separate bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning, which has set operating hours.

Outside, there is a beautiful courtyard with plenty of space and a dining table in the shades of a grand tree. To one side of the courtyard there is a BBQ house and a lounge. The courtyard leads to the pool area, which is beautifully landscaped and offers plenty of privacy.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
Weekly cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
