Finca Solana is located in the so-called La Font area of Pollensa and only approx. 1 km from the centre and the old town. The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa and the beach are just a few minutes away by car. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also within easy reach. The beautiful old town of Pollensa has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is around 7 kilometres away and has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Finca Solana is a rustic Mallorcan holiday home in the beautiful La Font area of Pollensa. The main entrance, which is located under a covered terrace, leads directly into a small living room with sofas and a Smart TV. From here you enter a dining room and another living room with comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. A glass door leads from the kitchen to a fully furnished outdoor terrace and a covered, complete summer kitchen with barbecue, gas hob, fridge, sink, worktop and a large dining table.

Two internal staircases lead to the spacious bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has a full bathroom right next to it and the other bedrooms share another full bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor, near the living room, there is a further shower room. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with fixed operating times.

Finca Solana is an ideal holiday home for families with children who want to live close to the village and enjoy the views and the large garden and pool.

Finca Solana has a Mediterranean garden with lawns and a large pool. The house has a large covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and views of the garden and pool. Another covered terrace houses the fully equipped summer kitchen with barbecue, gas hob, fridge, sink, worktop and a large dining table. There are also various sun terraces with sun loungers. Parking spaces for several cars are available on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible outside the main season.
