Finca Llampuga is located in the north-western valley of the Tramuntana coast, at the entrance to beautiful Puerto de Sóller. The town has a harbour, a long promenade with many restaurants and a sandy beach with a beach promenade. There is a beautiful old town with traditional fishermen's houses, shops, boutiques and souvenir shops.
The historic tram connects Port de Sóller with Sóller, passing several farms and beautiful orchards along the way. A spectacular route!
Sóller is located in the heart of the Orange Valley and offers fantastic views of the Tramuntana mountains, an enchanting old town with a beautiful pedestrian zone and lovely shops and restaurants.
Finca Llampuga is a very well-maintained, three-storey natural stone house with seven bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has an area of approximately 320 m² and is located in the north-western valley of the Tramuntana coast, at the entrance to the beautiful Puerto de Sóller. The finca combines old and new style elements and is furnished with classic furniture. On the ground floor is the living area with a modern kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances and opens onto the living area. A large glass door provides direct access from the kitchen to the terrace. There is also another living room and a dining room with antique furniture in Mallorcan style.
The bedrooms are spread over three floors: on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with its own shower room.
Another room houses two connected bedrooms, each with a single bed and a separate bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a large bathroom with shower and two washbasins. On the second floor, there are two further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower.
A toilet is accessible from the house or directly from outside. A laundry room with a washing machine and sink is also available.
The house stands on a 12,000 m² plot surrounded by a large pine forest, an orange and lemon grove and a spacious garden with palm trees. These give the finca a special and unique charm. The 35 m² covered terrace is equipped with two dining tables, chairs and a built-in barbecue.
On the other side of the garden is the beautiful private saltwater pool, which is nestled in the attractive garden and offers spectacular views. The pool terrace has comfortable sun loungers and parasols.
The finca also offers a professional table tennis table and parking spaces for three cars.
Children are welcome. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.

Electricity costs are charged at €0.25/kWh based on consumption. €10,00/night is charged directly upon booking, with the remainder payable in cash upon departure.
Air conditioning w/c. In very cold temperatures, the optional use of central heating is charged in cash on site (€1.50 per litre of diesel).
The minimum stay is one week, but individual extension days are possible.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
