About This Property
Finca with precious garden and pool area close to Campos. Finca Esplendor is set in the quiet countryside, yet at only 1,5 kilometres distance from the village centre. The finca is well maintained and is suitable for up to 6.
Finca Esplendor is at about 1,5 kilometres from the village centre and surrounded by a beautiful plot of land. Campos is a rural small town and offers a nice town centre with shopping facilities, boutiques, typical local coffee shops/ bars with authentic Mallorcan cuisine and some fine dining restaurants. On Saturdays there is a large farmers market, including clothes stalls, souvenirs and a fleemarket section towards the end. 3 large supermarkets and a big drugstore are in only 1,3 kilometres driving distance. The area around Campos is mostly rural, with agriculture and wide fields. There are very nice tours for cyclers of all levels. The Es Trenc beach with its crystal clear waters is only 13 kilometres drive. The closest seaside villages are Sa Rapita and Colonia Sant Jordi. Sa Rapita has a nice marina with an popular restaurant overlooking the beach as well as a number of excellent fish restaurants along the seaside promenade. Colonia Sant Jordi has also a very nice port and 3 beaches. Along the port are some fine fish restaurants and cafés with views of the beach and the port.
Finca Esplendor offers a large large living room with open kitchen, long dining table and a comfortable lounge. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. On the same floor are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en-suite. Both bathrooms are modern and are fitted with showers. Air-conditioning h/c in all bedrooms and the living area.
Finca Esplendor has a precious garden and outdoor area with pool, outdoor lounge, pizza/bread oven, bbq area with sink and counter top and a large veranda overlooking the pool.
