Finca Salvador is located just 5 minutes from Felanitx. The surrounding countryside is characterised by fields and pastures. The lively town of Felanitx has retained its typical Mallorcan character and offers shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés as well as a large weekly market on Sundays. The beaches and bays of the south-east coast as well as the village of Cas Concos can be reached in around 10 minutes by car.

Finca Salvador is a modern finca-style holiday home with bright rooms, all on one level. The ambience is a successful blend of simplicity, modernity and cosiness. The beautiful, bright house has an L-shaped layout so that all rooms have access to the outside area. The entrance leads into a large, sunny room containing the kitchen with cooking island, a large dining table and the cosy living area. Three large sliding glass doors give access to the reed-covered terrace and the pool area. A utility room with washing machine is located next to the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in the other part of the house. One bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed, each with a separate bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the terrace.

Air conditioning in all rooms on timer. Operating hours 24:00 - 08:00.

Finca Salvador has a beautiful outdoor area with a large 4 x 11 metre pool with sun terrace and countryside views. The house has a covered terrace with dining table and BBQ grill. There is also a table tennis table and parking facilities on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Second cot/highchair on request.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible, but bookings must be in line with one another.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. For each additional baby there is a mandatory charge of € 15.00/night for an additional baby cot.
