Elegantly furnished country house with beautiful pool area and gardens and a private playground for kids. Finca Sa Plana is located in the quiet and beautiful countryside between Cas Concos and Santanyi and offers room for up to 10 guests.

Finca Sa Plana is embedded in the beautiful countryside of the Southeast, between the picturesque villages of Santanyi and Cas Concos.

The charming village Cas Concos at approx. 4 km distance offers some nice bars and excellent restaurants, as well as shopping facilities for the daily needs.

Santanyi at approx. 5 km distance has a very nice old town. Nice restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques and art galleries are grouped around the main square, which hosts a colourful market twice a week. This market is popular all over the island and offers typical local fair and produce, art and crafts, ceramics and a lot more.

The beaches of Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombars, S'Almunia and the sandy bay Mondrago are all in short driving distance. While Cala Figuera, Porto Petro and Sa Rapita offer a variety of watersports activities and excursions by boat.

Finca Sa Plana is a superb country house built to a very high standard with bright and airy rooms.

The ground floor consists of a bright open living/dining area with doors opening on the poolside terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has access to the dining area and to the dining terrace.

Downstairs there are three bright bedrooms; a twin with full en-suite bath/shower-room and side door to the poolside terrace, a double and a twin that share a shower-room suitable for wheelchair users and adjacent is also a separate guest toilette.

The first floor boasts two large twin bedrooms, each with shower room en-suite and a private terrace.

The house offers air-conditioning throughout with a limited and fixed timetable (12:00h to 14:00h and 21:00h to 08:00h)

The outside area of Finca Sa Plana offers sunny and shady areas alike and has been beautifully designed around the large pool. There is a large and well maintained lawn garden, mature palm trees, carob, almond and fig trees. The lovely covered terrace is nicely furnished; there is also a full outdoor kitchen with barbecue area. A gated fence to protect the pool can be provided upon request.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
