Neat villa with a large private pool (12 x 7 m) and Mediterranean gardens. Villa Petunia is in walking distance to Cala Serena and offers two bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite.

Villa Petunia is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Serena. The sandy beach of the same name is in only about 200 metres walking distance and easily accessible by foot. Cala d'Or is divided into several areas, Cala Serena being the last one and in the North of the village. It is only a stroll away from the lively Cala Ferrera. The centre of Cala Ferrra offers shops, restaurants and bars. The different parts of Cala door are connected by a small electric "train", which can be used free of charge. The holiday resort on the Southeast coast offers a lot of variety, more than 7 beaches, sports facilities, a pedestrian zone with boutiques and restaurants and an elegant yacht harbour.

Villa Petunia is an ample holiday home on two floors. An open living/dining area with fireplace, lounge area and winter garden is on the ground floor. Next to it is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen. There is also a guest toilet with a shower cabin. The two bedrooms are on the second floor. Both have a bathroom with shower en-suite and are fitted with double beds.

Air-conditioning in both bedrooms running on a timer: 14.00 to 16.00 h, 21.00 to 08.00 h.

Villa Petunia is offering a beautiful and very large pool and is set in lush, Mediterranean gardens. Sunbeds and shades are provided, and there is a brick-built BBQ with a small work top. Parking is possible on the public street in front of the house.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.

On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.

Minimum stay is one week.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
