Parties and loud events are not allowed, therefore groups of people celebrating bachelor parties are not allowed. The house is intended for families and quiet groups. Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night, from 23:00 to 07:00.



Located in the centre of Conil de la Frontera, the modern apartment Trafalgar consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils (microwave, fridge, toaster), 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, a television, a portable heater, children’s books and toys as well as a baby cot and a highchair (upon request). Due to its excellent location, restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached on foot within 3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is located a 3-minute walk away (200 m). The property is also located just a short walk from Conil Open Shopping Center, banks, playgrounds and further supermarkets (Mercadona and Supersol). Furthermore, Playa de La Fontanilla En Conil can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the old town is only a 5-minute walk away and Jerez airport is 50-minute drive away (73.1 km).



Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Approximately 200 m from the property there is a green area with multiple parking lots where you can park your car.
