Finca Limonero is close to the picturesque fishing village of Porto Colom and the market town Felantix on a slightly elevated position. Porto Colom is within minutes reach and offers a variety of leisure activities, restaurants and shopping facilities. The popular golf course Vall d'Or is only a short drive away.

The finca Limonero has been recently finished and is comfortably furnished including air-conditioning, modern kitchen and internet access. The house offers 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on two floors. There is a large living / dining area on the ground floor with open, fitted-in kitchen, dining table and comfortable lounge with open fireplace. There is one double bedroom on the same floor, which has wheelchair access and a showerbath en suite, two double bedrooms sharing one showerbath and a laundry room.

3 twin bedrooms, all with bathrooms en-suite (two with shower, one with bathtub) are on the second floor.

Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room.

Finca Limonero is surrounded by a beautifully designed Mediterranean garden, which offers a lot of natural shade, even in summer. There is a covered dining terrace with a table sitting 12. The BBQ has a worktop and a sink for comfortable outdoor cooking.
