Finca in a quiet location and with private pool close to S'Horta. Finca Valentina is located in the hills overlooking S'Horta and Cala d'Or and offers stunning views of the countryside. A comfortable and elegant holiday home.
Die Finca Valentina is set in the hilly surroundings of S'Horta and Calonge in a privileged, tranquil location. The beaches of Cala d'Or are in 15 minutes travelling distance. The little village of Calonge is only 10 minutes drive away and offers shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. The south-east coast offers a nice choice of spare time activities and a high recreation value. The coastline is dotted with sandy beaches and lovely coves, any kind of sports facilities are in close reach, as are traditional and luxury marinas and a fine selection of excellent restaurants. The popular Vall d'Or golf course is in approximately 7 Kilometers travelling distance from the house.
Finca Valentina has been built 150 years ago and has been fully renovated, keeping the characteristic details of the ancient house. The house is furnished in a classic country house style. The ground floor distribution includes a dining room, television room, a rustic kitchen and a bathroom with shower, which also houses the washing machine. There is a steep and narrow staircase to the first floor landing with two comfortable armchairs. The master bedroom is also on the first floor, as well as one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower cabinet. The third bedroom is in a small house next to the pool and is fitted with a double bed and a shower bathroom en-suite. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
The staircase to the first floor is not suitable for the elderly, guests with a limitation in mobility or small children.
The terraces are elegantly furnished and offer stunning views of the countryside. The pool terrace is partially fenced, below the terrace there are lawns and gardens. Mobile BBQ grill.
Children are welcome, one cot is available on request at no extra cost. Second cot/highchair on request.
