On the eastern coast of Puglia, just a short walk from the coast in San Foca, the holiday apartment “Casa Vacanza Vicino Spiaggia LL23” offers greats a great location and a long balcony. The holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room, a small kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the living area and in one of the two bedrooms.



Outside you will find a long balcony with a striped awning, a small dining table as well as a comfortable bench for relaxing.



Due to the apartment’s optimal location in the centre of San Foca, a wide array of delicious restaurants, shops, supermarkets and cafes are within a radius of 300 m or a 3-minute walk. Furthermore, sandy beaches of the coast are about 400 m or a 5-minute walk away, including Spiaggia degli Aranci.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are allowed.

Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.

The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But you will find in the kitchen all the utensils you need to cook and eat.
