Finca Costa is quietly located between the towns of Calonge and S'Horta on a beautiful plot with countryside and sea views. Calonge is only 500 metres away and offers various shopping facilities and several restaurants. The popular coastal town of Cala D'Or is approx. 6 kilometres away and offers a varied range of leisure activities, shopping facilities, several beautiful beaches and an elegant marina. The unspoilt beaches of Cala Mondrago can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. The popular Vall D'Or golf course is just 5 minutes away by car.

Finca Costa is tastefully and modernly furnished and offers a pleasant Mediterranean ambience. The entrance area leads into the bright dining area with sliding glass doors to the pool terrace. An open archway leads to the living area with a cosy sofa corner. The modern kitchen is very well equipped. Next to it is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and private access to the pool terrace. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with two single beds, dressing area, en suite shower room and private sun terrace as well as the third bedroom in the tower, which also has two single beds, dressing area and en suite shower room. There is a utility room with washing machine in the basement.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The set operating times are 18:00 - 01:30 and 05:30 - 09:00h.

Finca Costa has a beautiful outdoor area with a large pool and surrounding sun terrace. There is a covered terrace next to the house with great views of the pool, palm trees, countryside and the sea. It is equipped with a dining table and a lounge area. A brick BBQ is available. There are parking spaces for several cars on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Second cot/highchair on request.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The set operating times are 18:00 - 01:30 and 05:30 - 09:00h.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
