Elegant country house with a 16 metre private pool close to S'Alquería Blanca. Finca Mina is a finca with exclusive interiors and two guest houses, complete outdoor kitchen and separate pool for the children.

Finca Mina is located in the hills around S'Alquería Blanda and offers very nice views of the countryside. S'Alqueria Blanca is a small village close to Santanyi. Both villages are more or less at the same distance of the house. S'Alquería offers some nice restaurants, cafés and a supermarket for daily shopping. The beautiful village Santanyi offers a variety of shopping facilities, nice boutiques and some excellent restaurants. The natural beach Cala Mondragó is in a view minutes travelling distance and the popular Es Trenc beach is only 15 minutes away.

Finca Mina is a large and luxurious estate with the representative main house and two guest houses. Inside the house has been furnished with a well matched combination of modern design and traditional materials.

The main house is ample and welcoming, with a lot of natural light from the large windows. The impressive entrance hall gives way to the living area, which has views of the countryside with fields and trees into three directions. The modern and top of the range kitchen has a cooking island and a large dining table. Also on the ground floor is one twin bedroom which wheelchair accessible with wide doors and an en-suite bathroom with shower. An existing ramp makes access to the main house and this bedroom barrier free. Furthermore, the ground floor offers a utility and laundry room and a guest toilet.

On the first floor are two more bedrooms, with private terrace each. One bedroom is fitted with an antique Mallorcan double bed and has a luxurious bathroom en-suite with bathtub and separate shower cabin. This bedroom has access to a partially covered terrace with stunning views of the countryside, Santanyi and the coast in the distance. The other bedroom is a twin bedroom with a shower bathroom en-suite. It has its own private terrace with views of the countryside and the gardens.

Guest houses:

Both guest houses are at close distance to the main house and have views of the gardens.

The first house offers a twin bedroom, bathroom en-suite and access to a private terrace with table and chairs - a very nice place to relax and unwind.

The second house offers an open plan bedroom/bathroom and is fitted with antique furniture. It has a private terrace overlooking the gardens.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer.

Finca Mina offers large landscaped gardens with lawns and plants like lavender, rosemary and palm trees - a precious place to relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings. One of the covered terraces with views of the large pool and the kids pool offers a large and complete outdoor/summer kitchen and an dining table. There are many shady and sunny places around the house to enjoy the day and a ping-pong table for a bit of exercise and fun.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.

Minimum stay is one week, during peak season arrival and departure only on Saturdays.
Final cleaning is included in price.
