Well-maintained, modern holiday home by the Cala d'Or yacht harbour. Villa Hortensia is a comfortable holiday home with views of the harbour and many extras such as a table tennis and pool table.

Villa Hortensia is overlooking the Yacht harbour of Cala d'Or and offers beautiful views. It is the perfect location for guests, who don't want to depend on a car. Beaches, shopping facilities and restaurants are all in easy walking distance (less than 5 minutes by foot). To get from one part of Cala d'Or to the other, there is a small "train" shuttle available all day. The Vall d'Or golf course, the picturesque fishermen's village of Portocolom and the Cala Mondragó beach are all in a few minutes driving distance by car.

Distances stated for Cala d'Or are referring to walking distance. Due to the one way road system within the village driving distances can vary.

Villa Hortensia ist a modern, two storey house with comfortable interiors. The main living area is on the first floor and offers spectacular views of the yacht harbour. It offers a large living room, one dining room with access to the terrace, a large, fully fitted kitchen and one bathroom with a shower.

The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor. There are 3 twin bedrooms and one bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom has access to the pool terrace.

Air-conditioning in all bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and the covered terrace.

There is a small flat on the top floor, which is occasionally used by the owner. At no times does he use the outdoor area or the pool. Privacy is guaranteed.

The first floor terrace offers splendid views of the yacht harbour and is fitted with a dining table. The nice pool area of Villa Hortensia offers a lot of space and is surrounded by palm trees. There are a pool table and table tennis and a brick-built BBQ.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
No pets please.
Air-conditioning in all bedrooms running on a timer with limited hours: 17:30 until 19:30 and 22:00 until 09:00 hrs.
