Villa with fantastic sea views and sea access! Villa Esmeralda is a modern and tastefully furnished house right by the sea and within walking distance of restaurants, beaches and shopping facilities.

Villa Esmeralda is located on Cala Esmeralda in Cala d'Or on a headland and is ideal for guests who do not necessarily want to be dependent on a car. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance (about 5 to 10 minutes on foot). A tourist train connects the various parts of Cala D'Or. Cala D'Or is a family-friendly holiday resort with 7 beaches and a wide range of leisure activities. The Vall D'Or golf course, the tranquil village of Portocolom with its enchanting natural harbour, and the natural beach of Cala Mondragó are only a few minutes' drive away.

The distances within Cala d'Or are given on foot. Due to the one-way street regulations within the village, the distances by car may vary accordingly.

Villa Esmeralda is a completely renovated holiday home in a modern style with upscale amenities. The entrance leads into the living room with a fantastic sea view. Right next to it is the open-plan kitchen with a large dining area. The large sliding doors in the living room and kitchen/dining area offer unobstructed views of the sea. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine and dryer and an exit to the front garden with lawn. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house. Each bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest toilet is located in the entrance area. From the garden, you can access the annexe, which houses the fourth bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a lounge with a smart TV, darts and board games for children, as well as some fitness equipment such as dumbbells, etc.

Villa Esmeralda has a large pool terrace with an infinity pool, sea views, a dining table and a chill-out area. In the garden in front of the house, there is a shaded breakfast area right next to the kitchen.

The minimum stay is one week, with individual extension days possible.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
One change of bed linen, one change of towels and a light interim cleaning are included for stays of two weeks or more.
On the day of arrival, a credit card to be specified in advance will be charged with a deposit of €950, which will be refunded after departure once the property has been checked and approved by the property management company.
