Modern finca near Porto Colom with private pool and spacious outdoor area. Finca Rios was designed and furnished by a well-known Mallorcan architect. A dreamlike pool area with outdoor kitchen and lounge and the bright, spacious rooms leave nothing to be desired.

Finca Rios is located in the hills between Porto Colom and Felanitx, surrounded by a small pine forest. Beaches, the Vall D'Or golf course, the charming fishing village of Porto Colom and the town of Felanitx are only about 6 kilometres away. Porto Colom has several excellent restaurants overlooking the harbour, shopping facilities and two sandy beaches. Felanitx also offers shopping facilities and a lively, colourful market on Sundays. Finca Rios is located on the road from Porto Colom to Felanitx, and a ‘background noise’ can be heard outside.

Finca Rios has bright, modern and high-quality living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with an open fireplace, a dining room with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest bathroom with a toilet and shower. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, one bedroom has a large double bed and a sofa bed measuring 1.40 m by 1.85 m and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

There is also a studio with a bedroom and bathroom, which is accessible from the patio. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning. Home sound system indoors and outdoors.

Finca Rios offers a wonderful outdoor area with several terraces directly adjacent to the house and a wind-protected patio in front of the house. A few steps lead down to the lower pool area. Here you will find a pool house with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including a stove, dishwasher, sink, barbecue grill and refrigerator. The pool house, which opens onto the pool, also has a lounge area and a large dining table. It is the ideal place to spend relaxing days and evenings. Sun loungers are available by the pool. The pool and house are beautifully lit at night. A home sound system in the outdoor area provides the perfect musical accompaniment.

Prices are valid for 10 people. The 11th and 12th person on the sofa bed will be charged an additional £23.00 each.
When booking for 8 people, the separate studio is not available.
Children are welcome. A cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.

Prices are valid for 10 people. The 11th and 12th person on the sofa bed will be charged an additional £23.00 each.
When booking for 8 people, the separate studio is not available.
The minimum stay is one week, with individual extension days possible.
Towels are changed once for stays of at least 9 nights. For stays of 14 days or more, a change of bed linen and a small interim cleaning service are included.
A deposit of €500 is payable by bank transfer before arrival and will be refunded by bank transfer after departure and approval by the administrator.
