The 250 year old traditional finca Porassa, now lovingly restored, is pleasantly and quietly located on the outskirts of Cas Concos and so is within three minutes easy walk to the local restaurants and small family owned `corner shops` including two grocers and an excellent bakery. The impressive interior of finca Porossa has been painstakingly restored to retain many of the original features including exposed stone walls, flagstone floors, Terracota tiles and a wealth of Oak beams all helping to provide a very pleasing natural and tranquil ambience. The solid Oak studded front door opens into the entrance hall with a stone inner arch leading to the dining room with 10 seater Pine dining table. The well fitted modern kitchen is an absolute delight and has a very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven with infra red hob and side door opening to the BBQ terraces. Relaxation is assured in the comfortable lounge with cushioned sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, feature fireplace and French doors opening to the poolside terraces. One attractive double bedroom has nearby full bath/shower room. Guests cloakroom and separate utility room with washing machine. Stairs lead up to the `Gated` open plan gallery area and into the imposing Master double bedroom with ensuite bath/shower room and sun terrace. From the vine covered terrace of finca Porassa, the brand new mozaic 10.00 meters swimming pool has `tiled Dolphin feature`, child friendly `Roman steps`, spacious sun terraces furnished with comfortable sun loungers, Bamboo seating and ample lawns for children to play.
