Very comfortable finca with private pool, located on a hillside position in the village of S'Horta near Cala D'Or. Finca Can Conco has fanstastic seaviews from terraces and pool, well grown tropical gardens and a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet and various shaded and sunny terraces around the house.

Finca Can Conco is located tranquil on a hillside position in the village of S'Horta, overlooking the village towards the sea. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops can be reached within a few walking minutes or by car.
Sandy east coast beaches such as Cala Sa Nau, the resorts of Cala D'Or and Porto Colom are nearby and can be reached within maximal 5 carminutes.


Finca Can Conco is a very comfortable furnished countryhouse, 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite and jacuzzi is located on the ground level, just as a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer and a guest toilet. 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) are located on the 1st floor.
The spacious dining room with open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor. The living room with access to another terrace is on the first floor.

Finca Can Conco owns a large pool area surrounded by terraces with fantastic seaviews, mediterranean gardens and a shaded terrace wit barbeque at the villa.
