New build luxurious 400 square meters finca with large pool in Mallorquin style close to the historic village of Petra. The top quality finca Can Perca has 5 Bedrooms - 1 suitabel for handicapped - , airconditioning hot/cold, lovely terraces. Views over the countryside as far as Monastry of Bonany. Superb sandy beaches within 15 carminutes.
Situated on a softly ondulated hillside the generous finca Can Perca with its 400 square meters living area offers great views over the country up to the Monastry of Bonany. The picturesque countrytown of Petra is located in the northeast of the island's central region and has easy access to the beaches of the northeast, such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Son Servera. The popular farmers market of Sineu is only a few minutes drive away. Both Petra and Sineu offer a nice selection of typical inns, bars and cafés, but also fine restaurants, supermarkets and shopping facilities.
The finca Can Perca offers tasteful furniture and modern comfort such as airconditioning hot/cold, SAT TV, DVD, music system, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 5 spacious bedrooms - 1 suitabel for handicapped on the ground floor + 4 on the first floor - all 5 with bath en suite - (each with cosmetic mirror + blow dryer plus shower and bath). The beautiful living room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen are located on the ground floor.
The large 14x8 meter pool with shallow part for children of finca Can Perca is situated within beautiful terraces. Views over the countryside and Monastry Bonany as well as the comfortable sunbeds are ideal to relax.
Children are welcome, one cot and a highchair are available for free on request.
2nd set cot/highchair 7 € per day, please advise before arrival.
Volley ball court
Tennis court July and August 15 € per hour, all other months 13 € per hour, reservations on site only.
Beach towels 3,50 € per stay, available on request on site only.

The finca Can Perca is situated on an approx. 100.000 square meters estate and may be booked together with fincas f113, f145 and f146 for up to 44 persons.
A deposit of 300,00 € in cash has to be paid on arrival and will be returned on departure.
Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked
Cleaning 1 x per week and linen change once per week are incl. in price
Distance from Palma airport approximately 43 kilometers
Car hire is essential and can be booked at competitive rates online through our website
