The finca Son Ramonet is situated close to the popular village of Cas Concos with 3 excellent restaurants, several bars, a supermarket and a bakery. Cas Concos as well as the little town of Felanitx with its traditional Sunday market can be reached within 5 carminutes. Sandy southeast coast beaches and the holiday resorts of Cala D´Or and Porto Colom are within 15 minutes reach. The exceptional Vall D´Or Golf course is approximately 10 kilometers away.


The finca Son Ramonet has is a Mediterranean style holiday home. The generous layout of the entire interior with spacious rooms is ideal to spend relaxed holidays. Tasteful furniture and selected antiques create a comfortable atmosphere. The Finca is entered through an typical Majorcan entree. Next is the large dining area with open fire place. Going into the next room there is the living area with SAT-TV, all rooms incl. the living area are equipped with a stereo system. A modern kitchen is completely equipped including a dishwasher. In the adjoined housekeeping room there is a washing machine and dryer. Furthermore one bathroom is located on the ground level. The impressive staircase leads you to the upper floor. Two bedrooms ( 1 double / 1 twin ) and a large bathroom with shower and a beautiful view to the monastery of San Salvador are situated here.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms.

The idyllically located Finca Son Ramonet with its partly covered terraces is situated in the middle of a 12,000 square metre plot. The covered outdoor seating area with dining table, chairs and barbecue grill invites you to relax and enjoy each other's company. From here you can access the 16 x 7 metre pool area with sun terraces, filled with water from the property's own well. The sunken jacuzzi/whirlpool is not connected and is not included in the scope of services. A Mediterranean garden with exotic plants, palm trees and lawns surrounds the finca. The natural part of the property features plants typical of the island, such as carob, almond and olive trees.
