The Finca is situated close to the popular village of Cas Concos with 3 excellent restaurants, several bars, a supermarket and a bakery. Cas Concos as well as the little town of Felanitx with its traditional Sunday market can be reached within 5 carminutes. Sandy southeast coast beaches and the holiday resorts of Cala D´Or and Porto Colom are within 10-15 minutes reach. The exceptional Vall D´Or Golf course is apx. 10km away.
The district of Felanitx has the most beautiful countryside. Felanitx has established an ample variety of skilled craftsmen and professional, highly qualified tradesmen. One only has to lose oneself in the maze of streets to find them. Its outskirts offer unlimited possibilities e.g. the Calvario, San Salvador, or the Castle of Santuari, these being possibly the roots of this tradition in culture which characterizes Felanitx. Energy centres, forgotten in time are still there reminding us of the importance of the past

The Finca with a variety of partly shaded terracces is set into a 10.000m2 plot of tranquil land. There is a large covered outdoor dining area with barbeque-grill and a seperate lounge area at the poolside. This is the ideal get toghether location, from here you may enjoy views over the ondulated countryside. The superb brand new swimming pool with Roman steps and separate childrens area has ample sun terraces furnished with reclining sun loungers. For the children's safety, there is a gate which can be closed between the patio area and the pool. The estate is set into mediterranean gardens with exotic plants, palm trees and lawn areas. Further away from the house the land still has its original vegetation with almond,-olive- and Algaroba trees. Ping-pong table.
